Fento Pre-order Policy

Thank you for supporting Fento’s first collection. By placing a pre-order with us, you are helping fund the ethical, small-batch production of sustainable garments made with care. This policy explains the terms that apply to all pre-orders made through our website, in accordance with British Columbia’s consumer protection laws.

1. What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order means you are purchasing an item that is not yet in stock. The item will be produced and shipped in a future timeframe. You will be charged at the time you place the order.

2. Estimated Shipping & Delivery

All pre-order items from Fento’s first collection are expected to ship in between June and July 2025.

We will notify you via email once your order has shipped. You will also receive periodic updates about the production process and timeline.

While we do everything we can to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to supply chain or production circumstances. In such cases, we will inform you promptly.

3. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

• You may cancel your pre-order within 7 calendar days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

• After 7 days, cancellations may not be possible as production and materials may already be committed.

• If, for any reason, Fento is unable to fulfill your order, you will receive a full refund.

Once your order has shipped, our Standard Return Policy will apply.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is collected in full at the time of placing your pre-order. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes based on your location.

We use secure, ethical payment platforms that meet Canadian privacy and payment security standards.

5. Gift Cards & Contributions

Gift cards and contribution products (such as “Support Fento”) are not refundable and do not constitute charitable donations. No tax receipts will be issued. Gift cards do not expire and may be redeemed for any future Fento product.

6. Your Rights

This policy is designed in compliance with the BC Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act. As a customer in British Columbia or Canada, you are entitled to clear terms, fair treatment, and refund rights. If you have any questions, we are here to help.
