Fento Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident and satisfied with every Fento piece you receive. Because our garments are made in small batches with intention, we ask that you review sizing and product details carefully before ordering. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns:
1. Returns
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided that the item:
• Is in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered)
• Has all original tags attached
• Was not a final sale item or non-refundable product (see section 3)
To initiate a return, please email us at support@fentolife.ca with your order number and reason for return.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 business days of processing.
Please note:
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including for size exchanges or change-of-mind returns. Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, manufacturing defect, etc).
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot issue a refund for items we don’t receive
3. Non-Returnable Items
• Gift cards
• “Support Fento” contribution products
• Final sale or discounted items
• Custom garments made to your exact measurements or personalized specifications (this does not apply to standard pre-order items)
Please note: Pre-order items from our collection are returnable as long as they meet our return conditions (see Section 1). We only produce what is ordered, but we want you to love what you receive.
4. Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size if stock allows.
To do so:
• Email us at support@fentolife.ca within 14 days of delivery
• You will be responsible for both return and re-shipping costs
If your desired size is unavailable, we can issue a store credit or refund instead.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or offer a full refund.

7. Free Shipping Policy (Coming Soon)
We are a small, independent brand and currently do not offer free shipping on returns or exchanges.
However, we hope to offer free standard shipping within Canada on orders over $200 as we grow. Stay tuned!
